Female patient, weighting 136.7 lb, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, sarcoidosis, osteoporosis  and was treated with Caelyx. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, myocardial ischaemia. Caelyx dosage: CYCLE 1, 40 MG/M2 OVER 4 HOURS. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISOLONE, DIDRONEL. Patient recovered.
