After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, transient ischaemic attack. Bystolic dosage: 5 MG; X1; ORAL; 5 MG; XQ; ORAL; 2.5 MG; X; ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
