After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrioventricular block, chest discomfort, convulsion, fall , headache , influenza like illness, insomnia, malaise, oropharyngeal pain. Bystolic dosage: 15 MG; DAILY; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCONTIN, OXYCODONE, METHADONE, AMBIEN, AMITRIPTYLINE, NITROGLYCERIN, VITAMINS, FOLIC ACID. Patient recovered.

Bystolic dosage: 10 MG;TWICE A DAY;ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCONTIN, METHADONE, AMBIEN, AMITRIPTYLINE, VITAMINS, FOLIC ACID, LANTUS. Patient recovered.
