Male patient, 39 years of age, weighting 225.0 lb, was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse and was treated with Bystolic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, blood triglycerides increased, diarrhoea, insomnia. Bystolic dosage: 5MG DAILY PO. Patient recovered.

Bystolic dosage: 5 MG DAILY ORAL; 5 MG TWICE A DAY ORAL; 10 MG TWICE A DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with VALIUM, PREVACID, LOMOTIL, BENTYL, AVAPRO, ZYRTEC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
