Male patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Bystolic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrioventricular block, chest discomfort, convulsion, fall , headache , influenza like illness, insomnia, malaise, oropharyngeal pain. Bystolic dosage: 15 MG; DAILY; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCONTIN, OXYCODONE, METHADONE, AMBIEN, AMITRIPTYLINE, NITROGLYCERIN, VITAMINS, FOLIC ACID. Patient recovered.

Bystolic dosage: 10 MG;TWICE A DAY;ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCONTIN, METHADONE, AMBIEN, AMITRIPTYLINE, VITAMINS, FOLIC ACID, LANTUS. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , chest discomfort, cold sweat, dyspnoea, heart rate increased, heart rate irregular, impaired work ability, pain . Bystolic dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
