Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 200.0 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Bystolic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aphasia , asthenia, blood glucose increased, blood pressure fluctuation, blood pressure increased, cardiac murmur, cerebrovascular accident, diarrhoea. Bystolic dosage: 5 MG DAILY ORAL; 5 MG TWICE A DAY ORAL; 10 MG TWICE A DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with VALIUM, PREVACID, LOMOTIL, BENTYL, AVAPRO, ZYRTEC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
