Female patient, 32 years of age, weighting 136.0 lb, was diagnosed with back disorder, musculoskeletal discomfort and was treated with Butorphanol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: injection site reaction. Butorphanol dosage: 1ML(2MG/ML CONCENTRATION) IN. During the same period patient was treated with BUTORPHANOL TARATRATE, KLONOPIN, ALBUTEROL, SINGULAIR, TOPAMAX, DILANTIN. Patient recovered.
