Busulphan side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Apr 04, 2008. Male patient, child 4 years of age, was diagnosed with neuroblastoma  and was treated with Busulphan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, ascites, haematemesis, haematochezia, hepatic fibrosis, jaundice , oesophageal varices haemorrhage, thrombocytopenia, vanishing bile duct syndrome. Busulphan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MELPHALAN, ETOPOSIDE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gastrointestinal haemorrhage, thrombocytopenia. Busulphan dosage: 1MGK SEE TEXT. During the same period patient was treated with MELPHALAN, FOLINIC ACID, TRIMETHOPRIM, RITUXIMAB, VINCRISTINE, DEXAMETHASONE, METHOTREXATE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gastrointestinal haemorrhage, thrombocytopenia. Busulphan dosage: 1 MG/KG/SEE TEXT/ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TRIMETHOPRIM, VINCRISTINE, DEXAMETHASONE, METHOTREXATE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE. Patient recovered.
