Busulphan side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from AUSTRALIA on Feb 13, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma and was treated with Busulphan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: multi-organ failure, neutropenic sepsis. Busulphan dosage: 1MGK SEE TEXT. During the same period patient was treated with MELPHALAN, FOLINIC ACID, TRIMETHOPRIM, RITUXIMAB, VINCRISTINE, DEXAMETHASONE, METHOTREXATE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: multi-organ failure. Busulphan dosage: 4MGK FOUR TIMES PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with MELPHALAN, VINCRISTINE, DOXORUBICIN, IFOSFAMIDE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, ETOPOSIDE, NEUPOGEN, STEM CELL TRANSPLANT. Patient died.
