During the same period patient was treated with MELPHALAN, FOLINIC ACID, TRIMETHOPRIM, RITUXIMAB, VINCRISTINE, DEXAMETHASONE, METHOTREXATE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with TRIMETHOPRIM, VINCRISTINE, DEXAMETHASONE, METHOTREXATE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE. Patient recovered.
