Busulphan side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED KINGDOM on Jan 08, 2003. Male patient, 19 years of age, weighting 152.1 lb, was diagnosed with ewing's sarcoma and was treated with Busulphan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchopneumonia, cardiac arrest
, decreased appetite, fatigue, lung abscess, micturition urgency, nausea
, quadriplegia, radiation myelopathy. Busulphan dosage: 1100MGM2 CUMULATIVE DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with MELPHALAN, STEM CELL TRANSPLANT. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 10/10/2003.
