After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , insomnia, panic attack, tinnitus . Buspar dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LUNESTA, PAXIL, DIOVAN HCT, ALTACE, ZYRTEC, AMBIEN. Patient recovered.
