Female patient, 48 years of age, weighting 110.2 lb, was diagnosed with depression , anxiety , panic disorder , mitral valve prolapse and was treated with Buspar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apathy, coma, confusional state, diarrhoea, hypotension, hypothermia , malaise, nausea , suicide attempt. Buspar dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NEOZINE, RIVOTRIL, SOTALOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, dizziness , hyperventilation, nausea . Buspar dosage: WAS DECREASED TO 15 MG DAILY SINCE JUN-2006. During the same period patient was treated with HUMALOG, LANTUS, PHENTERMINE. Patient recovered.
