Buscopan side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Dec 12, 2006. Female patient, child 7 years of age, was diagnosed with gastroenteritis What is  gastroenteritis and was treated with Buscopan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, accidental poisoning, anticholinergic syndrome, appetite disorder, blood creatinine increased, body temperature increased, bowel sounds abnormal, confusional state, dehydration. Buscopan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LOPERAMIDE HYDROCHLORIDE, HOLOPON, LOMOTIL, PIRITON, DIMETHICONE, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
