Female patient, 30 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with spinal anaesthesia and was treated with Bupivacaine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation postoperative, disorientation, headache postoperative, meningitis , musculoskeletal stiffness, post procedural complication, postoperative fever, psychotic disorder , restlessness. Bupivacaine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ROCEPHIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
