Female patient, 21 years of age, weighting 152.1 lb, was diagnosed with spinal anaesthesia and was treated with Bupivacaine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradyarrhythmia, breech presentation, caesarean section, cardiovascular disorder, electrocardiogram st segment depression, hypotension, ischaemia. Bupivacaine dosage: 12 MG ONCE IT. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, FENTANYL, COCAINE. Patient recovered.
