Female patient, 71 years of age, was diagnosed with pain management and was treated with Bupivacaine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, anaesthetic complication, cardio-respiratory arrest. Bupivacaine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROMORPHONE. Patient died on 01/11/2006.
