Buphenyl side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 08, 2007. Male patient, weighting 6.61 lb, was diagnosed with amino acid metabolism disorder and was treated with Buphenyl. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood test abnormal, haemodialysis, hepatic failure, infantile spitting up, overdose, unresponsive to stimuli. Buphenyl dosage: 450 MG/KG Q6H VIA NGT. During the same period patient was treated with AMMONUL, CITRULLINE, PHENOBARBITAL. Patient recovered.
