Buphenyl side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from SWITZERLAND on Mar 04, 2009. Female patient was diagnosed with aminoaciduria and was treated with Buphenyl. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anion gap increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood albumin decreased, blood amino acid level decreased, blood glucose decreased, carbon dioxide decreased, developmental delay, electrolyte imbalance. Buphenyl dosage: 685 MG/KG, DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with AMMONUL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
