Female patient, 43 years of age, weighting 234.0 lb, was diagnosed with ammonia increased and was treated with Buphenyl. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: antinuclear antibody increased, dysphagia, erythromelalgia, headache What is  headache, oedema peripheral, treatment noncompliance, weight increased. Buphenyl dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RITALIN, ADDERALL, PROVIGIL, ZYRTEC, CODEINE SUL, FLEXERIL, DOXCYCLINE, ACYCLOVIR. Patient recovered.

Patient recovered.
