After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacteria blood identified, bacterial culture positive, blood lactic acid abnormal, heart rate increased, hypotension, infusion related reaction, tachypnoea. Buminate dosage: 500ML IV ONCE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
