Bumetanide side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Sept 28, 2005. Male patient, 64 years of age, weighting 293.0 lb, was diagnosed with ischaemic cardiomyopathy and was treated with Bumetanide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, dehydration, muscle spasms, overdose, syncope, thirst, visual disturbance. Bumetanide dosage: 4 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with METOLAZONE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
