Male patient, 64 years of age, weighting 293.0 lb, was diagnosed with ischaemic cardiomyopathy and was treated with Bumetanide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, dehydration, muscle spasms, overdose, syncope, thirst, visual disturbance. Bumetanide dosage: 4 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with METOLAZONE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
