Budesonide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLARITHROMYCIN, ALBUTEROL SULPHATE HFA, EUMOVATE, HYDROCORTISONE, ERYTHROMYCIN, NYSTATIN, BECONASE, ASPIRIN. Patient recovered.
