Female patient, 75 years of age, weighting 156.1 lb, was diagnosed with cough and was treated with Buckley. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , heart rate increased, pulse abnormal, pulse absent, unevaluable event. Buckley dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
