Briplatin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Jan 11, 2008. Male patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with pleural mesothelioma malignant and was treated with Briplatin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, c-reactive protein increased, headache
, hepatic function abnormal, hypoalbuminaemia, malignant neoplasm progression, nausea , platelet count decreased, renal impairment. Briplatin dosage: 75 MG TAKEN ON 04-APR-2007 TO 04-APR-2007. During the same period patient was treated with ALIMTA, PANVITAN, CYANOCOBALAMIN, MYSLEE, LOXONIN, MEDICON, CYTOTEC, URSO. Patient was hospitalized.
