Brethine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on June 02, 2005. Female patient, 22 years of age, weighting 222.0 lb, was diagnosed with premature labour and was treated with Brethine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure congestive, cardiomyopathy What is  cardiomyopathy, haemoptysis, insomnia, malaise, pleural effusion. Brethine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
