Botulism Side Effects Report #5707713-X
Botulism side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Apr 07, 2008. Male patient, 52 years of age, was diagnosed with botulism  and was treated with Botulism. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: injection site erythema, injection site inflammation, injection site warmth, pulmonary embolism . Botulism dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BOTULISM AB, BOTULISM ANTITOXIN ABE. Patient died.
