Botulism side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Apr 07, 2008. Female patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with botulism What is  botulism and was treated with Botulism. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, angioedema, hypotension, hypoxia, rash What is  rash. Botulism dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BOTULISM ANTITOXIN ABE. Patient recovered.
