Botulism side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 09, 2008. Male patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with botulism  and was treated with Botulism. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: botulism , pneumonia , respiratory failure. Botulism dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BOTULISM AB. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/22/2007.
