Botulism side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Apr 07, 2008. Female patient, child 7 years of age, was diagnosed with botulism  and was treated with Botulism. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome. Botulism dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMINOGLYCOSIDE. Patient died on 07/28/2004.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, pneumonia . Botulism dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMINOGLYCOSIDE. Patient died on 07/28/2004.
