Botulinum Side Effects Report #5916082-1
Botulinum side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Oct 03, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with torticollis, multiple system atrophy and was treated with Botulinum. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: candida sepsis, dyslalia, dysphagia, hypercapnia, obstructive airways disorder, pneumonia aspiration, pyrexia, respiratory depression, vocal cord paralysis. Botulinum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRAMIPEXOLE DIHYDROCHLORIDE, TIZANIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, BACLOFEN, AMBROXOL HYDROCHLORIDE, CARBOCISTEINE, TEPRENONE, CHINESE MEDICINE, LEVODOPA BENSERAZIDE HYDROCHLO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/10/2008.
