, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, bronchitis chronic and was treated with Botulinum. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypoxia, respiratory failure. Botulinum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BOTULINUM TOXIN TYPE A, PHENOBARBITAL, LANSOPRAZOLE, FAMOTIDINE, ALUMINIUM HYDROXIDE W, CARBOCISTEINE.
