After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, vomiting. Botulinum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BOTULINUM TOXIN, PHENOL, MIDAZOLAM, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, depressed level of consciousness, dizziness What is  dizziness, fall What is  fall, headache What is  headache, hyporeflexia, ill-defined disorder, mental status changes, myalgia. Botulinum dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
