Botulinum side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 24, 2009. Female patient was diagnosed with muscle spasticity, off label use and was treated with Botulinum. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, vomiting. Botulinum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BOTULINUM TOXIN, PHENOL, MIDAZOLAM, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient recovered.

Botulinum side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 17, 2006. Male patient, 37 years of age, weighting 238.1 lb, was diagnosed with migraine  and was treated with Botulinum. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, depressed level of consciousness, dizziness , fall , headache , hyporeflexia, ill-defined disorder, mental status changes, myalgia. Botulinum dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
