Botulinum side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Dec 04, 2008. Male patient was diagnosed with torticollis, asthma , prophylaxis, prophylaxis against gastrointestinal ulcer, bronchitis chronic, chronic sinusitis and was treated with Botulinum. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure. Botulinum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BOTULINUM TOXIN TYPE A, THEOPHYLLINE, TRANILAST, TEPRENONE, FUDOSTEINE, CARBOCISTEINE, LYSOZYME HYDROCHLORIDE, BROMHEXINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
