Male patient, weighting 195.0 lb, was diagnosed with anorectal operation, off label use and was treated with Botoxection. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anal injury, anal sphincter atony, bloody discharge, constipation
, defaecation urgency, faecal incontinence, frequent bowel movements, gastrointestinal motility disorder, oral intake reduced. Botoxection dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EFFEXOR, METHYLPHENIDATE, CLONAZEPAM, LITHIUM, BACTRIM DS. Patient recovered.
