Botoxection side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on July 27, 2006. Female patient, 14 years of age, was diagnosed with torticollis and was treated with Botoxection. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , cardio-respiratory arrest. Botoxection dosage: unknown. Patient died on 07/23/2006.
