Bosentanlet side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Nov 18, 2005. Male patient, 42 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension What is  pulmonary hypertension and was treated with Bosentanlet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, asthenia, blood bilirubin increased, cardiac failure, gastrointestinal disorder, hepatic pain. Bosentanlet dosage: 125 MG, BID, ORAL; 62.5 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, OXYGEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
