Bosentan Side Effects Report #5778149-0
Bosentan side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on June 03, 2008. Female patient, 57 years of age, weighting 110.0 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension , cardiac valve prosthesis user and was treated with Bosentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , fatigue, haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, illogical thinking, muscle spasms, palpitations. Bosentan dosage: 62.5 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with COUMADIN, NEXIUM, TRIAZOLAM, FERROUS SULPHATE, REQUIP, SPIRONOLACTONE, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, arrhythmia , blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, disease progression, dyspnoea exertional, fatigue, hyponatraemia, hypothyroidism. Bosentan dosage: 125 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DICLOFENAC, ACENOCOUMAROL, KETANSERIN, MOVICOLON, PANTOPRAZOLE, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
