Bosentan side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 06, 2007. Female patient, child 2 years of age, weighting 27.34 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension What is  pulmonary hypertension and was treated with Bosentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: autoimmune hepatitis, diaphragmatic hernia, epstein-barr virus antibody positive, hepatitis chronic active. Bosentan dosage: 48 MG, BID, ORAL, 24 MG, BID, ORAL, 40 MGM BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, LASIX. Patient recovered.
