, heart valve replacement and was treated with Bosentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, decreased appetite, fluid retention, international normalised ratio increased, liver function test abnormal, malaise, pneumonia

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, decreased appetite, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatic function abnormal, nasopharyngitis, pyrexia. Bosentan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, LANIRAPID, MARZULENE, PROTECADIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
