Bosentan side effect was reported by a Physician from on June 08, 2005. Female patient, 39 years of age, weighting 127.9 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension What is  pulmonary hypertension and was treated with Bosentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, body temperature decreased, chest pain What is  chest pain, dermatitis, disease progression, malaise. Bosentan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, DIPYRIDAMOLE, ENALAPRIL, FAMOTIDINE, JUVELA NICOTINATE, NIFEDIPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Bosentan side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Jan 28, 2009. Female patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension and was treated with Bosentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, autoimmune hepatitis, cardiovascular disorder, chest discomfort, chest pain What is  chest pain, chronic hepatic failure, condition aggravated, dizziness What is  dizziness, dysphagia. Bosentan dosage: 125 MG, BID; 62.5 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with BOSENTAN VS UNBLINED, SILDENAFIL, DIGOXIN, ALDACTONE, NEXIUM, LASIX, ULTRAM, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/15/2008.
