Bosentan side effect was reported by a Physician from on June 08, 2005. Female patient, 39 years of age, weighting 127.9 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension What is  pulmonary hypertension and was treated with Bosentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, body temperature decreased, chest pain What is  chest pain, dermatitis, disease progression, malaise. Bosentan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, DIPYRIDAMOLE, ENALAPRIL, FAMOTIDINE, JUVELA NICOTINATE, NIFEDIPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, atrial fibrillation What is  atrial fibrillation and was treated with Bosentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, arrhythmia What is  arrhythmia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, disease progression, dyspnoea exertional, fatigue, hyponatraemia, hypothyroidism. Bosentan dosage: 125 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DICLOFENAC, ACENOCOUMAROL, KETANSERIN, MOVICOLON, PANTOPRAZOLE, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
