Bosentan Side Effects Report #4802959-7
Bosentan side effect was reported by a Physician from NETHERLANDS on Sept 29, 2005. Female patient, 23 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension  and was treated with Bosentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , autoimmune hepatitis, blood albumin decreased, blood immunoglobulin g increased, blood urine present, cholangiolitis, dilatation ventricular, erosive duodenitis, gastrointestinal haemorrhage. Bosentan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MARCUMAR, IMURAN, ALENDRONATE, CALCICHEW, SINTROM MITIS, HYDROCORT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal haematoma, abdominal pain , ascites, autoimmune hepatitis, blood albumin decreased, blood amylase increased, blood potassium decreased, cholangiolitis, erosive duodenitis. Bosentan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MARCUMAR, IMURAN, ALENDRONATE, CALCICHEW, SINTROM MITIS, HYDROCORT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Bosentan dosage: 48 MG, BID, ORAL, 24 MG, BID, ORAL, 40 MGM BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, LASIX. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, autoimmune hepatitis, cardiovascular disorder, chest discomfort, chest pain , chronic hepatic failure, condition aggravated, dizziness , dysphagia. Bosentan dosage: 125 MG, BID; 62.5 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with BOSENTAN VS UNBLINED, SILDENAFIL, DIGOXIN, ALDACTONE, NEXIUM, LASIX, ULTRAM, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/15/2008.
