Bosentan Side Effects Report #5792697-9
Bosentan side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on June 11, 2008. Female patient, 57 years of age, weighting 110.0 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension , cardiac valve prosthesis user and was treated with Bosentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, dizziness , fatigue, illogical thinking, international normalised ratio increased, muscle spasms, palpitations, prothrombin time prolonged. Bosentan dosage: 62.5 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with COUMADIN, ASPIRIN, NEXIUM, TRIAZOLAM, FERROUS SULPHATE, REQUIP, SPIRONOLACTONE, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Bosentan side effect was reported by a Health Professional from NETHERLANDS on Dec 22, 2005. Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Bosentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, arrhythmia , blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, disease progression, dyspnoea exertional, fatigue, hyponatraemia, hypothyroidism. Bosentan dosage: 125 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DICLOFENAC, ACENOCOUMAROL, KETANSERIN, MOVICOLON, PANTOPRAZOLE, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
