, cardiac valve prosthesis user and was treated with Bosentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, dizziness
, fatigue, illogical thinking, international normalised ratio increased, muscle spasms, palpitations, prothrombin time prolonged. Bosentan dosage: 62.5 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with COUMADIN, ASPIRIN, NEXIUM, TRIAZOLAM, FERROUS SULPHATE, REQUIP, SPIRONOLACTONE, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. , blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, disease progression, dyspnoea exertional, fatigue, hyponatraemia, hypothyroidism. Bosentan dosage: 125 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DICLOFENAC, ACENOCOUMAROL, KETANSERIN, MOVICOLON, PANTOPRAZOLE, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
