Bosentan side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on June 11, 2008. Female patient, 57 years of age, weighting 110.0 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension What is  pulmonary hypertension, cardiac valve prosthesis user and was treated with Bosentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, dizziness What is  dizziness, fatigue, illogical thinking, international normalised ratio increased, muscle spasms, palpitations, prothrombin time prolonged. Bosentan dosage: 62.5 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with COUMADIN, ASPIRIN, NEXIUM, TRIAZOLAM, FERROUS SULPHATE, REQUIP, SPIRONOLACTONE, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, atrial fibrillation What is  atrial fibrillation and was treated with Bosentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, arrhythmia What is  arrhythmia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, disease progression, dyspnoea exertional, fatigue, hyponatraemia, hypothyroidism. Bosentan dosage: 125 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DICLOFENAC, ACENOCOUMAROL, KETANSERIN, MOVICOLON, PANTOPRAZOLE, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
