Bosentan Side Effects Report #4875777-1
Bosentan side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Dec 22, 2005. Female patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension  and was treated with Bosentan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , anaesthetic complication, blood pressure systolic decreased, cardiac failure, condition aggravated, cytolytic hepatitis, fall , femur fracture, haemodynamic instability. Bosentan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, OXYGEN, SINTROM, FUROSEMIDE, CACIT, REMEGEL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/01/2004.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, haematemesis, international normalised ratio increased, pneumonia , retroperitoneal haematoma. Bosentan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MARCUMAR, IMURAN, ALENDRONATE, CALCICHEW, SINTROM MITIS, HYDROCORT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , autoimmune hepatitis, blood albumin decreased, blood immunoglobulin g increased, blood urine present, cholangiolitis, dilatation ventricular, erosive duodenitis, gastrointestinal haemorrhage. Bosentan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MARCUMAR, IMURAN, ALENDRONATE, CALCICHEW, SINTROM MITIS, HYDROCORT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
