Bortezomib side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 21, 2006. Female patient, 76 years of age, weighting 162.0 lb, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma  and was treated with Bortezomib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pain in extremity. Bortezomib dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MELPHALEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 66 years of age, weighting 171.5 lb, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma  and was treated with Bortezomib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, chest pain , mobility decreased, neuropathy peripheral, pain in extremity. Bortezomib dosage: 2.5MG IV PUSH DAILY ON DAYS, 1, 4, 8 AND 11 EVERY 3 WEEKS. During the same period patient was treated with THALIDOMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Bortezomib side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 22, 2005. Male patient, 56 years of age, weighting 248.0 lb, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma  and was treated with Bortezomib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: device failure, failure of implant, fracture nonunion, migration of implant, pain in extremity, post procedural haematoma, staphylococcal infection . Bortezomib dosage: 3.5 MG/M2 IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with DESYREL, WELLBUTRIN, COMPAZINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
