Bortezomib side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 20, 2005. Female patient, weighting 124.0 lb, was diagnosed with cervix carcinoma and was treated with Bortezomib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, fatigue, hypokalaemia, hyponatraemia, thrombocytopenia. Bortezomib dosage: 1.35 MG/M2 D1,4,8,1 1 Q21D INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with IRINOTECAN, OXYCONTIN, OXYCODONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Bortezomib dosage: 1.35 MG/M2 D1, 4,8, 11 Q12D INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with IRINOTECAN PFIZER, OXYCONTIN, OXYCODONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
