and was treated with Boniva. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disorientation, dizziness , dyspepsia, ear discomfort, headache , pain in extremity, pollakiuria, pyrexia, stomach discomfort. Boniva dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
