Male patient, 61 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes mellitus and was treated with Blopress. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: c-reactive protein increased, diabetic end stage renal disease, diabetic nephropathy, dialysis , malaise, pyrexia. Blopress dosage: 8 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with BASEN, NORVASC, ADALAT, TAKEPRON, ALLEGRA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
