Male patient, 39 years of age, weighting 178.6 lb, was diagnosed with testis cancer and was treated with Bleomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: deep vein thrombosis , pulmonary embolism . Bleomycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CALCICHEW D, CARBOPLATIN, CHLORHEXIDINE GLUCONATE, CIPROFLOXACIN, CISPLATIN, CLARITHROMYCIN, CODEINE, CYCLIZINE. Patient died on 11/24/2006.
